Bluebird Taqueria is a new concept from Chef and local business owner, Mike Pietrafeso of the former Ada’s Kitchen + Coffee and Roost Kitchen + Coffee (in Cos Cob/Greenwich and Darien).
Located in the Glenville Shopping center, Bluebird Taqueria is a quick-service restaurant offering authentic Mexican food made from fresh and flavorful ingredients.
El menu
The menu features typical favorites including housemade guacamole and chips, healthy salads, burritos, quesadillas, delicious tacos, plates and kid friendly options. Like Roost, the menu focuses on scratch-made foods, including corn tortillas, churros, salsas and house–cut chips fried daily.
With limited space, seats will be available outside but the majority of orders will be to-go.
